We offer a practice environment which is conducive to quality primary care of our patients (who are very loyal and include some great characters) and their whanau.  We have:

• Very supportive nursing and administration teams, part time Nurse Practitioners, one of whom’s scope of practice is health care of the elderly, and a Clinical Pharmacist
• A purpose-built clinical environment in a facility built in 2020
• On site radiology, pharmacy and physiotherapy with whom we have excellent relationships
• An increasing relationship and positive collaboration with the local Ngai Tahu rūnanga, Arowhenua
• A mix of patient ethnicities
• Progressive ways of doing things – e.g. telehealth (provided by a regular contractor who also undertakes on site sessions), AI for transcribing of patient’s consultations
• The opportunity for GPs to pursue areas of special interest
• A clinical governance programme
• Management wanting the best possible care for our patients
• Opportunities for either full time or permanent positions, or a minimum of a two-year fixed term of 0.6fte per week or greater …
