Making appointments online

Registered patients can now book appointments on-line for standard week-day consultations.  Appointments are 15 minutes.  If you need to cancel please do so at least 2 hours prior to your booked appointment time, otherwise a cancellation fee of $20.00 will be payable.

Please contact us on (03) 3081212 if you need to see a doctor urgently and there are no appointments available.

Practice Nurse appointments cannot be made on-line.  Please phone (03) 308 1212.

Repeat prescriptions can be requested on-line at a discounted rate of $18.00 if collected from the surgery, or $20.00 if faxed to a pharmacy.
